SUBU Connect Perspective
SUBU Connect was proud to attend the Saudi Food Show, which continues to position itself as a key platform for innovation, global engagement, and forward-thinking partnerships in the food and beverage industry. Whilst we are not yet present in the market this year, we saw strong potential for future involvement and believe the region could present exciting opportunities for our supply partners. Our presence was strategically focused on exploration and alignment, understanding the dynamics of the Saudi market and how it fits within a broader regional and global food ecosystem.
This year, our efforts centred on collaborating closely with government departments such as New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and the Australian Trade and Investment Commission. These discussions helped deepen our understanding of their objectives in the Gulf region and how SUBU Connect’s value proposition centering on sourcing the best ingredients at the best value can support their strategies for global reach. By fostering connections and facilitating knowledge exchange, we aim to play a meaningful role in helping these agencies and their exporters unlock new levels of collaboration, connection, and market access across the region.
The Saudi Arabia Food Show continues to be a driving force for F&B industry across the region and beyond. We were proud to take part in this year’s event and look forward to returning in 2026 to build on the connections and insights gained.
