Our time at the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo in Hamburg this year was both energising and inspiring.

It was a pleasure to connect with fellow Airline Catering Association members and over 40 suppliers and buyers from across the globe, all dedicated to delivering excellence in onboard hospitality. The diversity and quality of the supplier offering on display, greatly underpinning SUBU Connect’s mission, to bridge the gap between suppliers and buyers by ensuring access to the best ingredients at the best value.

The event offered invaluable opportunities to strengthen relationships, explore innovative solutions, and align with partners who share our values and commitment to sustainability, transparency, and quality. We left Hamburg more motivated than ever to continue building a trusted, collaborative platform that empowers our platform partners and supports a future-ready food supply chain solution in aviation.
